Photos of the day: VPN at Zhanjiang

Two Gepard class frigates of the VPN (Vietnamese People's Navy) HQ-011 and HQ-012 are spotted at PLAN's South Sea Fleet HQ at Zhanjiang.   They are to head out for a joint PLAN-VPN naval dog-and-pony show after a short stop.
