Who are those two new China Marine Surveillance (CMS) ships?

Both Hai Jian 111 and 112 are former PLAN ships, fortunately easy to identify:

Hai Jian 111 is the former YANBING class icebreaker Hai Bing 723

Hai Jian 112 is the former Type 918 WOLEI class minelayer 814 LIAOYANG

They were both homeported at Lushun, while Hai Jian 110 ex Bei Tuo 710 was homeported at Qingdao, where I think all three are now.
